Sunvisor problems

My driver's side sunvisor has become increasingly difficult to move up and down. Further, it does not rest firmly against the headliner. Are there any adjustments which can be made or parts to be lubricated?

Thanks.

Sunvisor .

My wife's car (E320) had exact problems you had, what I did : took the sunvisor out, use WD40 (with a spray stick), I insert the stick into the handle then spay a little inside the handle & sunvisor. Do not OVER SPRAY, it will stain the sunvisor. Have it sit for a while (15 minutes), spray WD40 again, you can use the vise-grip try it before put it back (you can feel it), the sunvisor will turn easily. Hope this trick will help.
