I know I have checed Edmunds, KBB, NADA, and others. But what do you think the realistic value for 2000 E430 4Matic with 43k miles? Silver ext. Black Int with ALL options and no mechanical problems.

I bought a 2001 E 320 last month. The car was a one-owner with complete service records, locally owned, with 62,500 miles. The owner was asking $18,900, and I bought it for $17,900. It was a 4-Matic, with many options, though without navigation. It was in brilliant silver with a gray interior and brand new tires. Hope this helps you.
I am trying to sell my Mercedes and wanted to get a realistic value form the Mercedes owner how much they will pay. I appreciate your input and wish me luck on possibly selling my vehicle. If I don't get what I am asking, I am keeping the vehicle.
what did you pay for it when you first got it? personally i wouldn't give it away for less than $19k.
i see you had an a8 before the e430. why did you sell the a8? i've always liked them and my plans were to get one in the next year or so.

A8 is a nice car but couple issues with them. Pre 1999, transmission is a junk. Don't bother to get pre 99 without new transmission. 2000 on are pretty good but navigation is worthless, timing belt service will run 2200, any mods to the vehicle is almost impossible since they are not well known vehicle and due to that fact aslo, resale value is bad.
