You first need to change the gas cap for the 400 code. Don't just flip the rubber inside the old cap, get a new one and that should do it. If not then the problem might be your egr valve by the air intake in the back of the engine. That valve sometimes gets stuck or sometimes carbon blocks where it goes into the engine.
The 410 code comes only when you have a problem with your smog pump or the two valves that sit above the smog pump. Nothing else would give you the 410 code so put power to your pump and see if it works (the brown wire is the ground). If it does then check the fuse for it, if thats good them its the valves above the pump that are stuck. Remove them and clean them and good luck getting them off.
The other code I can't help with just yet. PM me if you have more questions on the 400 and 410 as I have battled with those two.
