How to detect bad parktronic sensor?

Hi,

How to detect which sensor is faulty in order to replace it?

You didn't say what the symptoms are, but if one is not working at all, I think this is your solution.

I would try this with 2 people; one sitting in the car, and the other with a solid object like a book on the outside. With the parktronic activated, have the outside person move the book toward the car and close to each sensor, one at a time. When you get to the bad sensor, the inside person will see no reaction from the car.

If the problem is intermittant, maybe someone else knows a way for you to check wires or connections that might be faulty.
