Since you are in LA, I'd start looking for salvage yards, obviously for a pre-facelift W210 (1999 or earlier) that was hit anywhere except in the rear.
The E55 and E320 might have used the identical piece. There are so many M-Bs in California that you are bound to find one, at least somewhere within the state.
