W210 wheels
I have a 99 E300TD, it has wheels with a fitting of ET40 and i have alloys with ET36 would they fit, thanks

It depends on the width of the rim.

Post the complete sizes of the respective rims and your desired tire size, you've only given us a small piece of the puzzle.
