| PDC sensors going doolally?
(sorry, american for that is "nutso")
My 300TD estate has PDC; every so often, the system seems to go crazy. This might be after motorway runs or heavy rain - it's hard to be absolutely certain - but when it happens, the system does the alarm buzzer, as if I'm about to whack something solid - occasionally, it does it from both front and back, which sounds like a squashed bagpipe... but anyway, when it does it, there's definitely nothing that close to any of the sensors.
Once the alarm buzzer(s) have gone off, the light on the cut-out switch comes on by itself, but later, it goes off!
Where do I start looking?
