It looks like around a '99 E320 4matic wagon? If so, there is one for sale at a small dealer near me. Check out Autotrader.com. It's at Main St. Motors in East Troy, WI.

The new E63 wagon is available in the US, but not actively marketed by MBUSA. Several car magazines have spoken of it as the ultimate sleeper car.
