Hey folks,
Just buying my first 'Benz, a 1997 E420. I'll have the car in a week or so, but I'm trying to get a jump on a couple of minor fixes.
It has a loose inside mirror and I've reviewed the valuable information on this topic found on benzworld.
But rather than play around with the guts of it I'm thinking of just putting in a replacement.
I've located a used mirror parted out from a 1997 E320. Is this compatible with the E420?
Below is a pic of the label from the E320 mirror. It has the autodimming like my E420 and looks identical.
