looking for part numbers/ recomendations

Ok, First, I crunched my left side skirt in a snow drift, Dealer want $400, plus paint and labor. Is this a good deal? Second, The shift console, I seem to have had a peice break off on it and there is light shinning through. If someone knows the part number, I know I can fix that myself, probally could install the skirt myself too.

It's an 01 e320 4matic.
