The most W210's you've seen in one day?

I've been concerned that I haven't seen many W210's on the road lately. Are they all breaking down?

Recently, on a 100 mile drive, I was relieved to see ten W210's. That includes two side by side across from me at a red light; a pre- and post- face lift, both silver. And, two parked in the same row as me in a parking garage.

So, what's the most W210's you've seen in one day? Yeah yeah, "I'm a mechanic and I see tons because they always break down." There, I stole your line. It's good to see they're not fading from the roadways like I thought. What have you seen?

Funny that you would ask that today.

I picked up some carry-out at a popular local Italian place tonight and saw two silver W210's parked out front. I parked mine right in front of theirs and saw several double-takes as customers left the restaurant to see three silver Benzes in a row. The other two were E320's so the wheels didn't match my E420. but otherwise they were outwardly identical.

I see a lot of them around here, but I think I see more W211s than W210s. I don't think that is because all W210s are all incapacitated, because there are a lot of enthusiasts who still really like theirs. They are not all garbage as certain posters would lead you to believe - I have a good one.

Cool

Well, I have never counted for any one day, but i see an avg of 4 per day. Not counting the 2 E430's that park on level D at work.

I see loads around my area. Maybe 1 or 2 a day on average... I think the older ones are becoming much more affordable now.

Loads!

They are all used as taxi's here in Europe, mostly the E200 Compressors petrol models and the E240/320 CDI's.

The taxi rank outside one of the main train stations that I pass going to work is full of them.

At least 1 a day....in my driveway

Usually a couple more through the day. I live in a very small town (pop. 20,000) and there are about 30 - 40 MBs of various flavors.
