Lol.. W210 E-Classes here in Southern California are dime a dozen.
Same in the bay area.
After I bought mine I had flown to Phoenix for Thanksgiving and was trying to find one even similar to mine to point out to my mom. I only saw one, it was probably a 99 and black, zooming by on a freeway frontage road.
So I get back from the holiday and on the street leading to the office there are three 210s parked.
You see a 210 around here about as often as you see a Camry or Accord. Where do these people get all the money?

I picked mine up in San Diego and my god there are more 210's then toyotas and its kinda of disheartening, i'm glad i live outside of chicago, i rarely see any.
The best I saw were 4 black face-lifted identical 4matics parked in a row (one of them being mine). This was in a downtown Boston street (Boylston St) last August.
My phone service was out today, so I went to the local Ride Aid and used public phone. In about 15 minutes ATT was keeping me on hold, I noticed at least 6 210's pulling in and out.
Also about 7 124's.
BTW the problem with the phone/DSL was rats chewing wires somewhere in substation.
I see at least a couple dozen 210's & 211's every day on short drives here in Nashville: they may be expensive new, but what a bargain used!! Although I bought mine on E-Bay for wider selection, I've noticed they move well for the local new & used dealers.

Good stats, folks, thanks. It's good to hear our W210's are still out there in numbers. No surprise about the W210 European taxis. I almost got to ride in one in Holland.
It's slightly surprising to hear all the Southern California W210's. I'll guess that the many image-conscious consumers bought them, then dumped them for W211's to keep their image looking fresh. When I visited SF in '03, I remember seeing about ten thousand Mustangs. Same deal, maybe.
Good stories about multiple W210's in a row. Who can top 4x in a row on a street? That'd be a great photo!

Haven't been in school lane in my village quite some time, but I don't think that should be any problem.
How about 15 cars in the row and all Europeans?
