Need Help - Interior Lighting - Benzworld.org

OK, I know I had help with this prob before but I think I am truly doing something wrong. My interior lighting will not auto on/off. I know I need to click the lights in the same position but I am just confused.

Could any body explain in detail what I am doing wrong, b4 they used to auto on/off in like 5 sec now they dont do that anymore.

can any one explain in detail on how to fix this, Like what am I missing. What order do I press them in, and whats a starting point, at this time they are all off,

check if the light switch is set to the center

Im confused, "THE CENTER" do you mean the buttons move side to side as left to right, I thought they can only be pressed like up and down.
