Hi. Can someone help me obtain a PDF of the Owner's Manual for our 2002 E320 4Matic?

I followed the instructions provided by this thread but the MB USA site's database does not contain cars purchased in Canada.

My 99 E320 doesn't have on line manual available neither.
The 2001 ML55 does. How strange.
They have phone number there to call.
