Just take the Vin # to dealer and they will give you the code if it's the original radio.

Do you have an old invoice from MB dealership?, if you have it, you can save the

aggravation by looking at that invoice, third line from the top where it says

"options" it has the VIN#,Trans# and this RC#XXXXX, this is your radio code

Good Luck

This is an antitheft measure and it does you nor any Mercedes owner any favors when these codes are provided on the Internet. Go to your dealer as advised.

Thanks guys. Eventhough it wasnt the original head, the dealer was still able to give me the code. Must have been replaced under warranty somewhere down the road. I did'nt have any service receipts so I could'nt confirm the RC # thing.
In the worst case scenerio Becker USA charges $30.00 to cough up the code.

I'm not suggesting to look at your original receipt when you bought the car. This

is not about what options you have.Look at the service invoice from the dealer.

It is about a service invoice when you bring your car for repair usually it is

there.Richard e320 confirmed this and i have it on mine.
