My Turn Signals Flash At Different Speeds, Is This Normal?

I Noticed It Last Week When I Used The Turn Signals, Its Like They Are On Different Beats. The Right Flashes Consistantly, Ta Ta, Ta Ta, Ta Ta, // And Left Side Flashes Of Beat, Ta, Ta Ta, Ta, Ta, Ta Ta//// And So On. What Could Be Cuasing This And What Can I Do To Fix This? Thanks Evry Body For Helping.

You've got a bulb burned out, either front or back on the side that clicks faster.
