How to change and remove the factory leather seat cover?

I had posted 2 days ago to try and find out how to install two electric front seats into my W210 1996, but it seems that this is a very tricky task as I have only have manual seats at present.
However I have been told that the best option would be to take the leather seat cover off the electric seats and fit them onto my existing fabric seats. The seats will still be manual of course but its the leather I am wanting.!
The back seats are no problem, but does anyone have any photos or help on how to reomve the fabric seat covers I have and fit the leather one to the front?

Thanks guys...

search - i believe there's a thread on this. it's a very expensive part and if you intend to use a heated seat element, you can ONLY buy the part WITH the heating element already stitched into the leather - very expensive part and very labor-intensive to replace. the dealership i bought my car from says they have only done this once for an insurance repair and they had to bill the insurance company in excess of $1200 for the job.

I think you got me wrong... I have already got the electric seats, but I dont want them, I only want the leather seat cover on them to put into my manual fabric seats?

oops sorry...i've been in this mode lately because one of my friends bought a benz taht didn't have a working heated seat element on the seatback and was asking about replacing it with a different heating element; of course that's impossible without replacing the actual seat SURFACE...just got my terminology mixed up!
