Removing W210 rear parcel shelf, and adding Electric Seats

I have just purchased with delight a complete interior for my 1996 W210. I have got the full leather electric front seats, rear seats, door panels and headrests as well as the rear parcel shelf.
Does anyone know how easy is it to remove the parcel shelf? Also as i did not have electric seats before, are they easy to install and wire up?
thanks A1EK

To remove the rear hat shelf..remove the rear seat...seat back and bottom...unclip the rear headrests..remove them...remove the C Pillar covers..then the shelf

As for the power seats...You WILL Need the wire harness..doors and seats
Its been done...Just Lots of labor

Ebay is where I got the whole lot .... I wont be needing or using the electric front seats as I will be just taking the leather covers off to put onto my seats.
