I thought I saw a thread on this before, but I can't find it ... sorry if it's a repost
My sunroof glass rattles when I drive on bumpy roads. I am able to push the glass up (in the rear of the sunroof) with my hand about 1/8 - 1/4" when the sunroof is closed. If anybody knows how to fix this (pictures are always helpful) I would be greatful ...
I know what you're going through, had the same problem in my 97 E230 wagon. I must have taken the entire sunroof apart about 6 times untill I finally found a used one and replaced it. Either the cables broke or some of the screws (found behind the rubber moulding) holding down the glass panel came loose. If the link below doesn' doesn't help you out.....nothing will
