i like the second grill but i would match the grill with the color of the car and live the mercedes emblem in middle chrome...so it looks like its blending it with the hood and the whole body

Based solely on your posted photos, I voted for the OEM grill. I saw those for sale somewhere, probably on eBay since I surf there a lot.
Plus, you didn't show the sports grill on a sports package (E3) car. That is the non-sports package front end, and the 1st pic looks exactly like mine (has the headlamp washers, I think the same headlamps, and the conventional upright hood emblem).

I can not decide what to do with my car. I like to keep the look fresh with out looking cheep. Most non car people think my car is new. I like to keep that alive.
A wood/leather steering wheel, a wood shift knob are better add on's than putting a star in the middle of the grill. If anyone really likes that grill, buy a CL or SL. imo

That's one of the many nice things about owning a Mercedes - not only do non-car people think your car is new, non-MB people will too because they don't change body styles every 2-3 years like most of the competition.
In my opinion, your sports package is about as good as it gets with a W210, with the possible exception of the Designo options. I have only seen those in sales literature, but try to see one in person sometime, they are awesome!
