squeaky steering wheel

i have had relatively few problems with my 2002 e320 and enjoy driving it.
i have noticed a soft squeak from the steering column on turning right or left at low speeds, for example in a parking lot.
this has been present for at least 2 years and i did not have it checked out. now am out of warranty(50,000 miles)
it has not gotten worse and really does not bother me, or cause any problem that i am aware of.
i have learnt, thanks to reading this forum that there is a mercedes benz tsb for this problem, related to a boot in the steering column. can someone provide the link to this bulletin, so that i can try to lube the boot myself or through an independent mechanic.thanks
