100,000km maintenance

my E240 (Japan specs) year 1999 registered is 100,000km.

would like to get advice -under the maintenance programme , what are
the things I should do and parts need to be change when the car mileage
is at 100,000km ?

Not sure about E240, but for my E320 the service manager recommended the following at 100,000 km:

- fuel filter change
- spark plug change
- coolant flush
- brake fluid flush

Brake fluid and coolant are not mileage related. They are changed based on time only.
