What a good place to get a new owners manual? It looks like the common price is around $30.00.
Anyone have other connections or places to look?

Manual can be had from Mercedes for as little as ten bucks for some. e-bay is also a good place to look. There is a LOT of info in the manual that an owner should know. A search will yield the procedure.
