Thumbs down diesel wont start after fuel lines and filter change

Just changed clear fuel lines, prefilter and high flow filter. Car started fine so I took it on a test drive. Well, it died as if it ran out of fuel a mile down the road. Tried to restart till battery drained. Towed it back to my house. What is going on here? I took off the high flow filter and refilled it with fuel, reinstalled it and it started and idled for a minute and died. Anybody have similar experiences? What am i missing?

Air in the lines. Purge them and be certain the filter is full of fuel

Ensure that you put an O-ring on the prefilter. It's easy to miss.

It was the oring on the prefilter. Thanks! The car runs. Replacing the fuel lines seems to have fixed some of the leaking but i am still seeing signs of a continued leak. But this time it is lower and closer to where the hard fuel lines go into the engine. Now its time to replace those seals. Advice? Thanks

Can you please be a bit more specific?

Are you talking clear lines or the metal injector lines?

A picture would be especially helpful.

Got it figured out. It is the delivery valves on the top of the fuel pump. Thanks. I'll be tearing into it soon
