Angry Check Engine Light on- Cylinder 1 Misfire

I was sitting at a Mcdonald's drive through and my car started idleling a little rough. Within a minute, my check Engine light goes on and reads "Check engine electronics." I checked it on my OBDII and it reads PO 301, (Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected)...Could this be a bad coil?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago, except it was cylinder 5 and somehow water collected between the plug and the wire.
I still have no idea how it got in there but after cleaning it was fixed.

So to answer your question I would say the coil, plug or wire should be it.
