I hadn't ridden in my mom's car for quite a long time. I got the chance to do so this weekend. I noticed that the car didn't feel as smooth as it usually was. When I put it in reverse the whole car shakes. The shaking goes away when I put the car into drive. Any ideas what is causing this? Also, if I remember correctly, this didn't start up until after they did the recall work on the main pulley. Anyone think the dealer messed up the car? If so is there any recouse when this wasn't brought to my attention sooner and the recall was done a while ago? Thanks

I tried changing the mounts myself over the weekend. Even after removing the belt and the compressor, I still don't know how you folks got to the upper driver's side bolt. I decided to admit failure and take it to a mechanic. 2 hours and 150 bucks later the car is smooth like a benz again. Once again, you can diagnose any problem with the power of the internet.
