I found a 2002 e320 white 40k miles mint condition. Is it worth 20,250K from private. Good deal or average or fair

depends on where you live, what the market's like, etc., but with 40K miles for a 5 year old car, I'd pay almost $20K...I was looking at a 2001 E320, not 4matic but loaded with everything else, including java leather, 36K miles, he was willing to go to 19K but needed to sellq uickly. unfortunately i wasn't in a position to buy as quickly as he wanted and ended up in something different but he did end up selling it for 19K. i would have paid $20K for that car. depends on if the tires have been changed and if the brakes have been done too.

Sounds good. Suggestion on tires and brakes on previous post are important at that mileage, also do they have maintenance records.

get it that's good price. i got mine $for 22K with 33,500K miles but then again its CPO until 2009.
