Not bad, but probably a little high if you can wait. I bought mine from a dodge dealer that was just ready to take it to auction about a year and half ago. 99 E320 with 52k for $15,000. If you look around you can find a good deal on one.
For a 5 year old MB I think it is good price. Of course depending on its current condition. Also you trim 1k or more off ot it with negotiations. Only my own opinion.

paint and leather look immaculate; sign of a good owner esp considering the mileage. it has about average mileage; as long as it checks out mechanically, try to bargain to $16,500 or slightly lower if you can start out w/ $15.8K or $16K.
