Can anyone reccomend a good mechanic in this area (esp. near Fremont)? I'd rather avoid the $120/hr stealership if possible for future mechanic needs. I have seen too many services where the parts were less than $100, but the labor was close to $500. Thanks in advance.
I have another post in this forum titled "newbie with '97 210 with repair questions" (or something along those lines) and mention some of the issues I need resolved. First and foremost, I want to get the "clunking/squeaking" issue resolved with the front end suspension (guessing ball joints or swing arm issue) and I need to get my 82K service so just looking for a mechanic besides the dealership (for those things I can't DIY...and I'm an NEWbie, so the list is loooong)...any recs would be appreciated.
