Anyone know this fix for this problem before I take her to the mechanic? My interior and exterior lights are flickering at idle mostly, my stereo cuts out and turns back on, and When I use my automatic keychain door lock to unlock the car, the dome light blinks on and off (code?)

I had similar problem before, the problem come from my OEM CD changer is drawing too much power. ( here is couple thing you can try, if step 1 doesn't works, move to next step)
1. UNPLUG your OEM CD changer from back of your trunk. (not just turn off your radio)
2. UNPLUG your C-slot cable off back of your radio, if you have build in Mobile phone.
3. UNPLUG your "NEGATIVE" cable off your battery for 10 min. (NOT "POSITIVE")
4. Check your Battery power
5. Check your Alternator
p.s. your remote indicator flashing (green red both flashing) means you need to change new battery off your key fob.

Sounds like your voltage regulator is not keeping the power steady. You could need a new alternator soon. You will have to have your electrical system checked out.

Defective voltage regulator will cause over charging to the battery more than 12V. (most of Auto voltage regulator limited to 14V current)
First sign of bad voltage regulator is that all the light tends to BRIGHT UP more than usual. (but wouldn't flickering)
Improper grounding or excessive power drawing will cause flickering.
The suggestion of quick CD-Changer removal is similar to the CD-ROM drive in your PC.
When CD-rom drive getting old, the build in resistor failed, the current will continue to draw w/out limit which cause your system to crash, or "un-intentional seeking", even though it seems to read fine.
The radio will shut itself off also and you can hear a snap in the speakers, then it will turn itself back on...I will check the ground cable of the battery and clean the terminals, then proceed. Probably buy a new stereo since the CD changer is now not loading the cds...it just says "loading CD" and nothing happens. The cd cartridge is brand new and did work for about a month.

When you unplug the CD changer, does your car light still flickering?
