question about bluetooth

I have a 2003 E320 and the telephone isnt currently set up. Could someone tell me if its possible to get the bluetooth set up and wired into my car? Would i have to get a certain type of phone? Do you know how much it would cost? Thanks

RE: question about bluetooth

I've been using a BT earpiece for the last two years and just can't live without it now, be it that I'm driving or not. I just will not put a cellphone up against my ear and get that radiation flowing into my brain. [xx(] Had only phones with speakerphone in case BT connectivity fails once in a while.

Based on the above I do not get much enthused about built-in BT in the car, but that's maybe because mine doesn't have it. We'll see - probably the next one will. [:)]

Cheers.

Check this out:

http://www.aardvarkmm.com/

it even plugs into your OE head unit and allows you to use the phone features built into the radio/steering wheel.

98 E300

I have a 98 E300 that was wired for a phone originally (connector pic attached.) Is it possible to stick a bluetooth module of one type or another onto that, or would it take more work to get my RAZR working via bluetooth?
