Are you changing the cover, glass or the whole mirror?
You can fold the mirror back against the door and use a flat screw driver to pop the clip that hold the cover on. It slides off over the mirror glass.
The whole mirror is held on the door with 3 screws in a triangle pattern at the base.
The mirror glass has a wire clip on the back that holds it to the mirror motor.
