Light tremble when I first start the car or put it on reverse!!!!!

Hello every one,
I am new to this forum but I was wondering if any had this problem before and can direct me to a solution.
I own a 2001 E320 with 75000 miles and lately the car shake when I start it in the morning and even more when I put it in reverse (NO CHECK ENGINE Light on).
Please if anybody has heard or has experienced this before please advice on how to eliminated this problem.

you need to read the fault codes and check the actual values on "cold start or warm-up phase". we had this issue before and its the electric air pump defective but its not always the case. goodluck with your car.

Are you referring to OBDII codes which can be read with a generic code reader or something specific to the MB modules.
