I just had a routine service and the following items were in need of repair upon inspection:

Any suggestions to correct these problems is highly appreciated.

Also, are there any preventive measures I should take to replace/repair items that are know to fail on this model?

Inspection Items:
1. "Auxiliary fan is locked up or the belt is jammed"(does it have a belt??)

2."Intake boot on the engine is broken after the air filter"

3. "Anti-freeze concentration too high"

4. "Transmission seepage at the electrical connector and shift interlock cable"

5. "Will need to repl front brake pads and rotors soon. Will also need to repl rear brake pads at approx the same time. Indicator light will come on at the dash."

6. "Slight play in lower ball joints."

Alignment: (had computer alignment done, did nothing to correct a pull to the right, the following note was made by the technician )

7. "Note: Right camber correction will require bolt kit(s). Tire wear is normal" (bolt kit? any ideas on where to purchase?)

Other minor issues the car has:
8. Radio picks up engine static on AM on top of poor AM reception

9. Driver Seat headrest is moody, only moves up/down on rare occassion (not a big problem, just hope the other seat functions don't stop operating properly)

10. Piece of trim on roof that seperates the body from the side panels popped up on driver side rear, has some clips still on it, not too big of a problem, would like to have it properly corrected

11. Radio knob is a soft rubber compound and would rub off it not handled in a surgical manner

12. A/C control backlight is out

13. " Display Defective " is moody, went away after last service, started back just before this service, now is a common pop-up. Coolant & Wiper Fluid sensors were changed at last service

14. When the auxiliary fan on the front of the radiator tries to kick on, the lights dim,

(I sprayed some teflon lubricant on the fan today and it freed up and worked properly for about 30 minutes, then seized up again -- maybe I shouldnt have used teflon lubricant, it must have got hot, maybe the fan burned out? it is frozen up again. What should I do about it. Is there a way to unplug the fan? Should I unplug it or remove a fuse until I can get it repaired/replaced? What is the fan for?)

Thanks for your help with this. My first post. Any feedback on the post or help with the issues is a great help.
