I have a 2001 E320 with only 3,080 miles; I have changed the oil three times since new. Now that the car is just over 4-years old, any recommedations on anything that should be changed or replaced even with the low mileage?
Thanks for any suggestions,

Typically brake fluid and coolant are the only things on a time basis. Until Mercedes went to the long life coolant, it got replaced every three years. Brake fluid is every two years. Should all be in the owner's manual.
2001 E320 with only 3,080 miles...WOW...I suggest you DRIVE/DRIVE/DRIVE...our MBs and most Euro cars are Autobahn Stormers and are designed to be driven/and sometimes driven hard...It is not always good to baby the engine since some engine parts(seals/jets/hoses/sensors,etc) deteriorate faster if the car is not driven(less lubrication , etc..)

[:D] I second that! Those quick little jaunts have a way of deteriorating things like your exhaust, etc.
I have 2001 E320 with only 26,000 miles same as yours essentially but this is one car we have to keep our eyes on constantly and be prepared. 2001 model supposed to better than other year models but who knows for sure!
MBZ did do lousy job with their quality control in manufacturing process control, parts suppliers and in design. I am certain they know that.

I agree with Spine911, My black 1998 W210 has about 7000 miles on it and it is prone to more problems mainly because I never drive it. My other (blue) 98 W210 has near 65000km on it and it runs just fine.
Both suggestions sound like good ideas; car has been perfect, except I had to replace the battery this last winter. I can't complain though, because it was due to not driving it much. The replacement cost $300; I offered to pay for it but my local M-B had it go through warranty.
