RE: Service Light

For the service light, get in, close the door and follow the instructions in your owner's manual. Some people have trouble resetting the light because they don't close the door.

For the check engine light, you need to get the code read that caused it to light first. You can get them read for nothing at places like Autozone, etc. They can also reset the light.

RE: Service Light

For my '99, it's listed under "Flexible Service System" in the index.

RE: Service Light

basically

-get in
-close door
-key in 2nd position
-press Reset twice (quickly), make sure FSS indicator comes on
-turn key to position 0
-press and hold reset button
-turn key back to position 2 (keep holding reset button)
-wait til FSS display reads 10,000

voila
