licence plate light bulb replacement

what is the best way to replace the licence plate light bulb? do i take off the outer molding or go at it from the inside by removing the trunk liner?

just want to know before i take off something i don't have to....thanks in advance

REMOVE A COUPLE OF THE INTERIOR BLACK PLASTIC RIVETS ON WHICH EVER SIDE LAMP YOU ARE REMOVING AND FOLD THE CARPET DOWN A LITTLE AND REPALCE THE BULB-(NOT FROM THE OUTSIDE)HOPE THIS HELPS
