Not bad CRSH2.

I'm afraid to ask: "why?".

BTW: you forgot the gills. hahaha

Anyway: In Photoshop goto Layer / Adjustments / Selective color. and spend some time getting it right. I have spent about 7 min. and here it is (bar far not perfect but a sample).
