fuel trim code - Benzworld.org

Got a CEL, ran to Autozone, found the code is for fuel trim. I retightened the gas cap and have done a bunch of 10-15 mile jaunts (per advice on this forum) but still the CEL persists.
I notice a slight trace of fuel on part of the cap gasket. Is this normal?
