Depends on the budget. I wouldn't buy something this old with that high a mileage.
Troublesome as the W210 has been, you can't get extended warranty at this age, and the straight 6 has issues that start to show up in mid life. The head gasket comes to mind.
I digress though. You asked about this car specifically. If it has new tires, brakes and the seats look like they have been hovered in, the car should go out the door for something like $7200 to $7800 depending on whether this "dealer" happens to have glommed onto the service records when picking up this unit and knows wonderful things about it. After all, "one owner" can be figured out from CarFax. If it's an auction pickup -- it's a big question mark and I would need a gun to my head to exceed $7300 without some bonuses thrown my way.
It doesn't have a lot of the extras the later models frequently sported like, oh, ESC, heated seats, all the extra airbags, two stage airbags, wheel controls, a better stereo, a better Drivers Info center, etc.
Look at Consumers Reports -- some years were more problematic than others. None were great but some needed a regular exorcism and incantations to keep running smoothly without trouble.
I paid $18K for a '00 with 72K around a year ago. If the reserve is close to the Buy it Now, You can do better. "Nuff said.....
