96 320 with 130k on it pay 5,600 got the car from a friend the car look good and drive good the problem is that the back of the driver seat only go back but when i hit the 3 button setting it work the other problem is with the out side mirrow they dont move with the mirrow button but when i hit the setting it work any help [?]

Your switch module in the door is bad. It can be replaced separatly by taking the door panel off. The memory positions were set when the seat and the mirrors were able to be moved in to position. The motors and controls work fine when told to return to a position stored in memory.

that also control the mirrow and how much is that part another question is that my climet control it dont light up but it work dose it have fuse or i would have to change the bulbs

Mirrors have the memory feature but are controled from the module with the window switches on it next to the shift knob.
The climate control has a bulb in the center of it that can be changed. The module pulls out just like the radio. You need the radio removal tools that go in the slots at the lower corners.
This one is from a 99 but the 96 is about like it. The module changed after 97 so they are not interchangable.
