How to reset 'SERVICE B'

Now , when I start the car, the display comes out a 'SERVICE B in 26 days' and is counting down. I'm sure there is a way to reset or erase such message. Can someone teach me how to do it? And one question--If it is not sent for service ,will the electronic shut down the car completely when the count down reach 0 days? Thank in advance.

RE: How to reset 'SERVICE B'

Car will not shut down when it reaches zero. Instructions are spelled out in the owner's manual. Make sure you close the door when you reset it. The manual may not mention that.

model? year?

have you had a chance to search this site or *? this question surfaces periodically so I'd be surprised if the tips didn't include your vehicle at one point or other.

Covert reference to other sites.
But as the man asked, have you bothered to search here for what most likely already has been explained (and archived) already?
