Black steel cover of the iginition switch

I have looked around and have not seen this for the 210. How do I get this cover off? It says to pry it off but no luck. In earlier models it references a small pin hole that you can stick a strong paper clip in to release the cover after you have the ignition in position #1. On the 210 I see no pin hole. There has to be a trick.

I have the intire ignition out of the car and just can't get the damb cover off the lock within the switch.

Check out this video. You need a special tool to remove the ignition switch.

The ring came off very easily with a small thin blade flat head screw driver rotating around the lock. The videos really helped though.
