Hey,
I am in the market for a E class. Price is pushing me to a 01/02 210 E320 with 30k or so, but I am also tempeted by the 211 E320's.
Being mostly 210 owners what are your opinions on last year of the 210 vs first couple in the 211. My expectation is to keep the car for many year with many many miles.

Having both W210's and W211's i can tell you that the W211 is much more refined than the W210 but there is just something about the W210 that makes me want to drive it. I think the W211 is more for when I decide to grow ip a bit,... or days when i feel like "slowing down".
But if I take into consideration your needs I'd suggest you go for a W211. It's newer and therefore won't age as fast as the W210 (which already looks quite old).
