E320 4Matic Wagon. How is it?

My dad is looking to buy a new car. We had our eye on the E320 4Matic wagon ever since it came out. I was wondering how is it? Is it a good car? Whoever has one, any problems? I went to my local Mercedes dealer and they said it is the best car ever made. Just want the opinion of you guys. Thanks alot!

I traded my 2002 ML320 on a 2000 E320 4Matic wagon. I doubt I will ever buy another car for a long, long time.

I will trade it eventually on another wagon, hopefully on a E320CDI wagon.

You will not go wrong buying this car.

I just got a 2001 E320 4matic wagon (60k miles) in December... I love the car and it does really well in the snow here in upstate NY. I have to take it in to the dealer on friday to try and work out an annoying stalling problem, but other than that, the car has been good for the 1000 or so miles that I've had it... It came down to this car or an ML and the E is way better in my opinion (driving, luxury). The E is also the best wagon with regard to cargo space, 3rd seat, etc...

The 4matic is definiely awesome, I had to make my own space in the parking lot the other night --

I really like them. Ive only been hearing good things about them. And the only reason I care is because Ill probably be driving it more then he will. :D Thanks guys!
