Hello, i have a 1998 E320 and i would like to know what i can do to make it faster, if i should turn off the ASR or if i should change the setting from S to W?
by turning off the ASR & putting it in S,.. you should get close to the factoy claimed 0-60. If you want anything more you'll have to start adding performance bits like:
- Exhaust
- Air filter
- polished Intake manifold
- Suoercharger
- Brakes
- Etc.
Best advice I can give you is have all the oily bits checked and replaced if needed and change all the filters/plugs/injectors. Your car should feel a little crisper than before, and should hold you till you decide to upgrade to something faster (E430 or E55).
