F/S Factory 6 disk changer from 97 E-320

I have a factory 6 disk changer taken off my 97 E 320 in great working condition. This is the non-optical so it will fit (i think)1995-1997. Head unit is Becker is a 1692 which is also available for sale. I am asking $150. for the changer and the best offer I can get for the head unit. Thanks for looking.

Does this include the trunk mounting bracket and the changer magazine cartridge???
