RE: Where do I get chrome tips for my '00 E430?
The tubes exit to the side and down, making tips a sloppy installation.
To make it look better, the muffler gets replaced with tubes that exit straight and fit under the bumper.

Damn.E.that was gonna be my last upgrade, but after looking at the picture,it's too much for a pair of tips. No wonder they're so hard to find, actually,i never found them, but hopefully, someone will come up with a crooked
tip that will make it look just fine.... [8D]

Lorinser makes one specifically for the W210. It has a dual pipe extension pointing downwards then bends straight out-pricey though approx. $250-300. IMO, if an aftermarket exhaust is not an option for you and you want to go for a tip i would rather have a Muffler Shop build me one using custom piping(bent and welded) with custom chrome tips(will probably run about $60-150 depending on where you go).
There is a AMG Exhaust Tip for sale right now on Ebay going for $120(it has the piping extension downwards then bent out, the tips point out straight)Looks very clean...check it out, go to search: Mercedes Exhaust Tips, the guy is from Singapore.
