I currently own a 2002 E200, and I live in the country of Jordan. Very highly considering supercharging or maybe even turbocharging my E200. First of all, is this possible to do without encountering any problems, and second of all, if so, how reliable is the setup?
Most people would advise you to fit a turbo to such a small engine, but since I'm aware of the temperatures (ambient) in Jordan, I would suggest a supercharger application with an uprated oil cooler (try Mocal or some other high end brand).
Avoid turbos, even light pressure ones, they generate too much underbonnet heat (even ceramic lined ones)
