OOOPs, I guess I should use "tab" instead of "enter".
Has any one experienced better millage driving "in town" with the selector in fourth instead of D. My preliminary data seems to suggest that it does. Just wondering if anyone could corroborate this.
I'm getting 23MPG in town in fourth in a very hilly city. Haven't gone on a road trip yet as I have only had it for sseven weeks and broke it after the first.
Under advice from another member (E-Klasse) I put the car in 4 in "summer" mode and actually found the car to be more efficient. So I guess "Yes" my mileage improved in 4.
